Your subscription includes an activation code for a single production database, access to our bug fixing service, security advisories (2 weeks before their public release) and access to our database upgrade service. You will find a more complete description of the included services in the Odoo Enterprise Subscription Agreement (link on the right of this page).
The Subscription code can only be used for a single database. You can deactivate older databases from your subscription management page if you wish, but if you want to deploy more than one database for production purposes, you will require multiple subscriptions. We advise contacting an account managers in that case, they may provide you with an offer more tailored to your needs.
Your subscription includes an activation code for a single production database. If you wish to manage development or testing databases yourself (and not through an integrating partner), you can use the free 30 days demo period for Enterprise databases (by duplicating your production database or creating new databases when needed, for example).
A user is any active user account with access to the software in creation or edition mode. This includes the Administrator account (even if not used) and any technical user you may need (for example EDI connectors). User accounts without access to these modes (such as a customer of your e-commerce website) do not count as paid users.
